Ms. del Castillo manages Stanford’s ChangeLabs, an emerging entity creating new approaches for achieving rapid, large-scale impact upon our most pressing global challenges. Previously, she was involved in marketing and designing medical innovations for low-resource hospitals in India at Design Revolution, establishing The Center for Leadership & Transformation, creating user experience design strategies, and teaching design thinking to change leaders. She received her MS and BS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford where she studied at the d.school.
